Metal electrical boxes with prepunched knockouts are listed or labeled to be mounted to a piece of equipment or a wall.  (b) Bindery:  Employees were exposed to electrical hazards as a metal electrical box with prepunched knockouts was being used as a pendant with flexible cord by the Wohlenberg Paper Cutter.  Metal electrical boxes with prepunched knockouts are listed or labeled to be mounted to a piece of equipment or a wall.   (c) Bindery: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards as a metal electrical box with prepunched knockouts was being used as a pendant with flexible cord by the Harris Press above the Chiller. Metal electrical boxes with prepunched knockouts are listed or labeled to be mounted to a piece of equipment or a wall.

(d) Bindery:  Employees were exposed to electrical hazards as the pendant with three outlets that the Chillers for the Harris Press were plugged into had an open knockout.
