29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. (a) Mechanical Building - On or about August 19, 2014 employees were exposed to fire hazards from an oxygen cylinder and acetylene cylinder stored adjacent to each other and they were not protected by a 20 foot separation between cylinders or a noncombustible 5 foot high, 30 minute fire resistance rating barrier between them.
