29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   On or about August 28, 2014 at the above addressed jobsite, employees were working on a roof performing cleanup of rock and assisting in demolition.   Employees were not utilizing any means of fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10.1-13.9 feet, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with falls.   Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
