29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On or about August 21, 2014 during the instillation of roofing materials at a small office building the employer did not ensure employees were protected from a fall hazard of up to approximately 9 feet by utilizing a fall protection system/device.
