29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a)14 Kearny Ave., Kearny, NJ:Employees performing roofing operations on a residential house approximately 24 feet from the ground below were not protected from falling.       Violation observed on or about 8/16/14.  AMERICAN EAGLE HOME IMPROVEMENT, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 915004, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM 1, ISSUED ON 8/7/13, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 225 MILLTOWN ROAD, EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. 08816.
