29 CFR 1910.36(h)(3): Outdoor exit route(s) were not reasonably straight and did not have smooth, solid, substantially level walkways:    a-HTP Clearance & Consignment, Hackettstown,NJ/The Outdoor Stairway Exiting The Warehouse By The Bay Doors-The concrete outside stairway did not provide safe access or egress in that it was in disrepair, and did not have a smooth, solid, substantially level walkway throughout.       Condition noted on or about 8/21/2014.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency:    a - HTP Clearance & Consignment, Hackettstown, NJ:   1/The fire exit door in the back of the warehouse was blocked by boxes of furniture preventing safe passage.  2/The fire exit door in the back of the showroom was blocked by furniture preventing safe passage.     Condition observed on or about 8/21/2014.
