29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  On or about August 22, 2014, the employer did not ensure that the employees performing construction work from the elevated Genie aerial lift were trained to recognize the fall hazards associated with not wearing fall protection while in the basket, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
