29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:    a) Inside of Building - The employer allowed employees to plug power cords into metal, 4 gang, junction boxes with open knockouts.  The metal boxes were not securely fastened to a surface or structure as required by their listing and labeling thereby exposing employees to electrical shock hazards, on or about August 22, 2014.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
