29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about August 22, 2014, at 4410 Valence Drive, Cumming, Georgia:  Two employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazard from falling tools and materials when they worked on the ground without wearing head protection with an employee working above them.

On or about August 22, 2014, at 4410 Valence Drive, Cumming, Georgia:  An employee performing framing work was exposed to struck-by hazards from wood chips and nails when he used a nail gun without wearing eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about August 22, 2014, at 4410 Valence Drive, Cumming, Georgia:  a) Three employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11-feet and greater when they worked from the top plate of a home at an unprotected edge without using fall protection.   b) One employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19.3-feet when he worked from the top plate of a house above an uncovered stairwell opening from the first floor to the basement without using fall protection.
