29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:   a) Precision Tool & Machine:  Employees were required to wear respiratory protection during welding operations and the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program, on or about 08/26/14.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED   ABATEMENT NOTE:  Key elements of a respiratory protection program include, but are not limited to:  1. Establish and implement written respiratory protection program; 2. Provide medical evaluations for employees required to use respirators; 3. Provide annual fit test for employees required to use respirators; 4. Provide annual training for employees required to use respirators; and 5. Ensure respirators are maintained in clean, sanitary, and good working order.
