29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of section 1926.501(b).   (a) 411 Tulpehocken Road Reading, PA - On or about June 19, 2014 employee(s) were observed performing roofing work activity on a 4 in 12 pitch residential roof, without the benefit of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 9 feet to the ground below, .      No abatement certification or documentation required.
