29 CFR 1926.417(b): Equipment or circuits that were de-energized did not have tags attached at all points where such equipment or circuits could be energized: (a) Cobblestone Hotel and Suites, Waynesboro Pennsylvania - A receptacle was removed from the 110 vac temporary power branch circuit and the conductors remained in the open box. The breaker for the circuit was open (de-energized) but the employer did not ensure that the breaker was tagged to alert employees of the electrical shock hazard on or about August 27, 2014. No abatement certification or documentation required.
