OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck-by and/or caught between hazards while operating a commercial mower without the Roll Over Protection System in place:  a. On August 20, 2014, the employer failed to ensure that employees operating riding lawn mowers on uneven surfaces engaged the Roll Over Protection Systems (ROPS), where they were exposed to the hazard of being crushed or pinned under the mower.
