OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5) (a) (1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer does not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from the recognized hazards of striking against a pipe rack that is in the emergency escape route of the Geronimo line, which are causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.      This violation was observed on or about August 27, 2014 and at times prior thereto, at Lake Tejas 1H well site, where employees were exposed to a strike against hazard in the event that the employees had to use a Geronimo line that was obstructed by a pipe rack that contained pipes.       The Ensign United Stated Southern, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5) (a) (1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316065408 Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/03/2012, with respect to a workplace located at Lat: N 30.24599, Long: W 94.15454, Lumberton, Texas 77657.      Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the Geronimo escape line route is kept clear of obstructions.
