Violation observed on or about 8/28/14.  The Enterprise HVAC Supply Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR2910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 947848, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/21/2014.
