29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:   The employer does not protect employees from falling to lower levels when working on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level.  This violation was observed on or about August 26, 2014, on a scissor lift at the job site where an employee was exposed to an 11 foot fall hazard when installing gutters without being protected from falling to a lower level.    Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that employees are protected from falling to lower levels when working from scaffolds more than 10 feet above a lower level.
