29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: (Construction Reference 1926.103)    On or about August 27, 2014, at a jobsite located at 1601 North 7th St., West Memphis, Arkansas, for employees exposed to dust containing silica while dry cutting cement with a saw, the employer had not  identified and evaluated the respiratory hazards in the workplace to include  a reasonable estimate of employee exposure to respirable dust containing silica.
