29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:    a) Lot # 71 H1, Arbor Springs Parkway, Newnan, GA - The employer was using a Makita Circular Saw , Model 5007F, with a wood shim that prevented the lower guard from returning automatically to the blade covering position.  This condition exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards while cutting siding materials.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold shall be protected by a personal fall arrest system;     a) Ladder Jack scaffold platform at Lot # 71 H1, Arbor Springs Parkway, Newnan, GA - An employee was exposed to falls of approximately 13 feet 3 inches to the ground below while working from a ladder jack scaffold without fall protection.
