29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     On or about September 3, 2014 the employer did not ensure the subcontractors employees were protected from a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet by utilizing a fall protection system/device during the installation of roofing material at a new office building construction site.
