Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc.    a) Facility, 1569 Pittsburgh Road, Uniontown, PA:  On or about September 4, 2014:  An employee was operating the Wheelabrator, serial # 3696, and was exposed to struck-by hazards due to the metal, upright fixed stop guard at the end of the roller, being bypassed by a piece of wood manually placed underneath, that holds the metal stop paddle in the flat, open position, therefore not stopping a beam at the end of the roller.
