29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(ii): The employer did not provide information to the employees on operations in their work area where hazardous chemicals were present:  a) For employees working at 2701 E 2nd Ave in Tampa, FL, opening horizontal tanks hatches to take temperature measurements and verify tank level  containing hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to asphalt cement, polymer modified asphalt cement and B-720, as observed on or about 09/09/2014.  Tank temperatures are over 300 degree Fahrenheit, temperature high enough to promote thermal cracking of sulfur containing compounds and the formation of hydrogen sulfide gas.
