Approximately two to three subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than six feet associated with deck work and roofing activities of a four story apartment building while not using adequate fall protection systems.  This condition exposed the subcontractor employees to falls ranging from approximately 9 to 36 feet to the ground below.
