29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.    a. On or about September 11, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations with pneumatic nail guns were not provided with safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.     a. On or about September 11, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing roofing operations approximately fourteen (14) feet three (3) inches above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
