OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to tripping hazards:  (a) On or about 9/11/14 - at the Warehouse, the employer did not provide illumination when employees were required to retrieve stored materials at night where boxes that had been broken down and equipment such as but not limited to bikes, carts, and warming ovens were located in the floor where employees walk.
