OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to fall hazards while being lifted on the fork(s) of a rough-terrain forklift:    (a)  During framing work, while moving trusses:  On or about 9/12/14, employer used a New Holland LM 430 telehandler to lift an employee while unhooking a sling; the employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9.5 feet.
