29 CFR 1926.25(a): Employees were exposed to slips, trips and falls from the debris left in work area. All debris shall be kept clear from work areas and passageways in and around buildings and other structures. Canton Street and University Ave, Westwood, Ma.: On or about 9-15-14 a worker tripped over a pile of rebar while carrying a sheet of plywood to two saw horses. The worker was injured when he fell onto two pieces of capped rebar.
