29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii): The employer's Exposure Control Plan did not contain at least the elements in 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(A) through (c)(1)(ii)(C): The employer did not ensure that the facility's written bloodborne exposure control plan contained elements as required in 1910.1030 (c)(1)(ii)(A) through (C) such as but not limited to: a) Documentation of annual review in that the last documented review was dated October 26, 2009; b) Identification of safer needle devices used in the facility and documentation of annual review in that the last documented review was October 26, 2009; c) Identification of the "appropriate disinfectant " to be used in the event of a blood spill; d) Identification of the medical facility to seek treatment in the event of a blood exposure.
