On or about September 17, 2014, at the north side of the roof,  three employees using air nail guns to install roof shingles were not wearing eye protection, exposing themselves to being struck by flying debris or nails.

On or about September 17, 2014, the Honda 5.5 air compressor pulley was not guarded exposing employees to an in-going nip point hazard when turn on/off the compressor.
