29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)      On September 18, 2014, at the location of 9449 Main Street, Sylvania, OH:  the employer did not assure employees were protected from fall hazards while performing work on an apartment roof.  The employees were exposed to approximately an 18 foot fall to the ground below.  Charles Tucker Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1910.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313783938, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2010, with respect to a workplace at 9002 Monclova Rd in location in Monclova, Ohio.
