(a)  The Stanley Hotel @ 333 East Wonderview Avenue,  Estes Park CO 80517 : On or before September 16, 2014, the employer did not identify potential exposures to lead-based paint prior to assigning employees to strip paint down to the original wood.  The hotel was built in 1909 and therefore is likely to have lead-based paint applied prior to the US EPA ban in 1978.  Two paint chip samples were collected at the site and contained lead at 1.3% and 0.1%.  This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with lead exposure.
