29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:    a)  Establishment: On or about September 19, 2014, and at times prior, 5 workers were exposed to impalement hazards while they worked directly adjacent to exposed vertical rebar without protective caps.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
