29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system:    On or about September 23, 2014, employer did not ensure that employee(s) working on the roof were provided with and required to use adequate fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards from and elevation exceeding 6 feet.    HRT ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(b)(10), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313501942, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 14, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6412 EDGEMERE BLVD, EL PASO, TX.
