29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) while working from an aerial lift:  a) 272 Morris Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901. The employer allowed his employees to work on and from an aerial lift while not wearing any fall protection, i.e. full body harness with shock absorbing lanyard, anchored to the cage.   Condition occurred on or about 09/27/14.
