29 CFR 1926.20 (b)(2) The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.    On or about October 01, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections for safety hazards such as but not limited to; fall hazards and no eye protection. Employees were exposed to these and other hazards at the childcare center complex under construction.
