29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a) Frame Assembly Work Shop Area: On or about October 2, 2014, a Bridgewood Shaper machinery was in use by an employee which had its electrical service wiring without proper strain relief which placed the wiring's tension onto the terminal screws.
