Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that each employee who is constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels is protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
