29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On October 1, 2014 at the job site located at or near 7195 N Euclid Court, Deer Park apartments, in Gladstone, MO, employees were exposed to head injury from flying objects in that they working on the ground with no protective helmets while work was going on overhead producing falling and flying objects.
