29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:       This violation occurred on October 03, 2014, at a work site located at 8833 Wandering Branch, Keller, Texas; employees using pneumatic nail guns and circular saws were not protected from eye injuries by wearing protective eyewear.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6-feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of '1926.502(k) developed and implemented.      This violation occurred on October 03, 2014, at a work site located at 8833 Wandering Branch, Keller, Texas; employees performing framing work on the roof were exposed to falling more than 16-feet to the lower level.       Santos Lomeli Framing was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 905262, Citation Number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 01, 2013, with a final abatement date of  July 25, 2013  with respect to a workplace located at 409 Palladian Blvd, Southlake, Texas 76092.
