29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about October 02, 2014,  employees who were performing framing activities on the upper frame of a newly constructed residential home were not provided fall protection exposing the employees to an unprotected fall hazard of approximately 11 feet to the ground below.
