29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a)  At the production shop - Employees were working with hazardous chemicals, such as, but not limited to, "Nox-Crete Form Coating 450 Release Agent" (flammable/irritant), "Reducer #54" (flammable/irritant), "Hi-Mil Sher-Tar" (flammable), and "Mystik Multi-Purpose Extreme Pressure Lubricant" (flammable/irritant) and the employer had not developed, implemented, and/or maintained a written hazard communication program to protect the employees handling and working with hazardous chemicals.  Abatement certification is required for this item.
