On or about October 1, 2014, on the rear side of the second floor, employees were installing framing components on the second floor of a residential house under construction without a fall protection system, exposing themselves to a 11 feet 8-inch fall hazard. b. On or about October 1, 2014, on the front side of the second floor, employees were installing framing components on the second floor of a residential house under construction without a fall protection system, exposing themselves to an 8 feet 8-inch fall hazard.
