29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) or passageway(s) were not kept clear where mechanical handling equipment was used:     a/ Certified Labeling/Hillsborough NJ Site: Production/Printing Areas.  Warehouse. Aisles were not maintained free of storage and equipment in the event of a fire or other emergency, including but not limited to the      1/ Aisles between storage racks were blocked by recently received rolls of paper product used in the printing operation.  2/ Aisles leading to/from an employee(s) work station were blocked by a large rack with castors; a floor level platform that held rolls of labels; cardboard boxes of product and other storage.   3/ Aisle located in the Press/Maintenance area was blocked by a large box covered with plastic shrink wrap and a large bin.      Observed on/or about 10/06/2014
