29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1): The employer did not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and limitations applicable to the operation of all hoists and elevators.                                                                   Location: Jobsite  Employees were exposed to fall hazards while descending a platform hoist track, which is not designated for use as a ladder. The manufacturer states in the hoist safety rules, "NEVER climb the track, use a ladder".
