29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency:    a) On September 30, 2014 Sorrell Construction and Remodel installed a make shift platform above the entry to the basement.  This platform limited the means of egress for another sub-contractor working in the basement to a 20 x 22 inch opening.     Note)  Certification of corrective action IS NOT required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes:    a) On September 30, 2014 employee(s) performing drywall activities were exposed to 11 foot fall hazards to concrete, while working near floor holes.
