29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      (a) Jobsite, 138 Stone Quarry Road, Center Township, PA:  On or about 10/02/14 employees working on a roof with a slope of 5/12 approximately 36 feet above the ground were not protected from falling by guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems.
