On or about Oct. 7, 2014, on the south side of the house, employees working on a jobsite installing framing material were using pneumatic nail guns and did not wear eye protection, exposing themselves to the hazard of being struck in the eye or face by flying debris. b. On or about Oct. 7, 2014, on the south side of the house, an employee working on a jobsite installing framing material was using an electric reciprocating saw and did not wear eye protection, exposing themselves to the hazard of being struck in the eye or face by flying debris.
