29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  On or about October 7, 2014, the employees were exposed to injuries from falls approximately 20.0 feet while engaged in roofing activities.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").    Amaya's Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 946396, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3213 N. Arcadia Street, Colorado Springs, Co 80907.    Amaya's Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 515738, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 7, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 4230 Carnoustie, Ct., Colorado Springs, Co 80909.
