29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  (a) In the 600-700- line assembly area, an electrical box with knockouts was fitted on the end of an electrical pendant hanging from the ceiling.  The electrical b0ox was manufactured to be mounted in a fixed location.  Using the box in the manner it was used posed potential electrical shock hazards to employees.  Proof of abatement has been provided by the employer.
