29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. At the intersection of highways 61 and 177 (northwest), Fruitland, MO, where roofing work was conducted on October 9, 2014 on an apartment complex with 6:12 sloped roofs and an eave to ground height of approximately 18 ft., harnesses were not worn, and no other fall protection was required by the on-site owner/supervisor of the company at the time of the inspection.
