29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency:  a) On September 30, 2014 employees performing HVAC activities in the basement did not have an un-obstructed means of egress.  A wooden platform was located near the fixed ladder, leaving a 22 inch opening for employees to use for access to and from the basement.   Note)  Certification of corrective action IS NOT required for this item.
